layout one, first class

first week of school.
stuff is gonna start flowing again.
we had an assignment to make 3 different layouts
one with text heavy, one picture heavy, the other balanced.

text heavy: (hate)

portfolio cover

design history wanted us to make ourselves a portfolio cover inspired by a designer we learned about during the class. and it had to have some sort of linkage to what kind of work that will be INSIDE of the portfolio. so i felt that illustration would be the only perfect thing.

i guess this works for moholy-nagy. ha.
